Track your Path to Better Health Through Exercise, Diet & Habits
This spreadsheet bundle combines two complementary tracking systems designed to help you achieve your 2026 wellness goals through measurable progress and consistent daily actions.
Most wellness goals fail not from lack of effort, but from inconsistent habits. This health spreadsheet bundle addresses both sides of the equation: the fitness tracker helps you monitor your physical progress, while the habit tracker helps you build the daily routines that make those results sustainable.
Perfect for New Year's health resolutions, post-holiday fitness goals, or anyone starting a wellness journey.

The Fitness App is not compatible with Google Sheets (Google Spreadsheets) and Apple Numbers spreadsheets.
Limitations:
In this fitness app spreadsheet, the calorie totals are calculated by the spreadsheet and are based on what the user enters for protein (g), carbs (g), fat (g) and "Other Calories". The calorie totals, including both the goal calories and food database calorie totals, are based in part on the 4-4-9 method which estimates total calories of a specific serving size (portion) of a food item by multiplying that food items protein (g) by 4, multiplying carbs (g) by 4, and multiplying fat (g) by 9 and summing of the total of those three items. The spreadsheet includes an optional field called "Other Calories" which can be used to track calories such as those from alcoholic beverages. The calories calculated by using the 4-4-9 method plus "Other Calories" (if used) will be the total calories used in the fitness app. The spreadsheet does not include the food items and their related portion sizes and macronutrients. The total calories calculation is only a estimate of calories. This spreadsheet is a tool to help you track information and not to be used as medical advice.
The fitness app is for a specific calendar year, so make sure to select the proper calendar year in the product options when checking out. You can only enter and track dates in the fitness app for the calendar year that you select in the product options.
The meal planner tracker allows you to track up to 31 days that within the calendar year that you purchased. So you can track and store a month at a time. When you have completed a month, you can copy that complete month to another blank Excel file to archive the data, if you choose. You would then clear the used month's data in the fitness app and start logging your next month that is within that calendar year that you purchased.
